Welcome to Eidoro (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eidoro mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using Eidoro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Eidoro.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Eidoro provides tools that allow you to:

  • Discover restaurant offers and rewards
  • View and use birthday rewards
  • Track your activity, achievements, and engagement
  • Follow restaurants
  • Create and manage custom offers

Features may change, be removed, or be updated at any time without notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity conducted under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. User-Generated Content Policy

Eidoro allows users to create and share custom restaurant offers and other content.
By submitting content, you agree to follow the rules in this section.

4.1 Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you create or publish.
  • You will not misrepresent yourself as an official representative of any business.
  • You will not create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful offers.
  • You will not upload content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, or illegal.
  • You grant Eidoro a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process your content as part of the Service.

4.2 Prohibited User Content

You may not post:

  • Fake discounts or deceptive offers
  • Impersonation of real restaurants, brands, or individuals
  • Misleading claims about deals, pricing, or rewards
  • Content intended to trick, confuse, or harm other users
  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Pornographic, violent, or explicit material
  • Malware, scripts, or harmful code
  • Content encouraging illegal activities

4.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or hide any content at our discretion
  • Edit or restrict user-generated offers that may confuse or mislead users
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate guidelines
  • Notify restaurant owners if content violates their rights

Moderation may be manual or automated.

4.4 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee:

  • The truthfulness of user-created offers
  • That offers created by other users are valid or redeemable
  • That restaurant information provided by users is correct

You use user-created content at your own risk.

5. Restaurant Ownership Claims

Restaurants may request to claim official ownership of their business within Eidoro.

When ownership is verified:

  • Businesses may manage their official offers
  • They may request removal of inaccurate or misleading user-created content
  • User-generated offers associated with that business may be limited, restricted, or require approval

Users agree not to interfere with this verification process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Access accounts or data belonging to others
  • Create fraudulent accounts or promote scams
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security measures
  • Post harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Pretend to be affiliated with a business without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination.

7. Third-Party Brands and Restaurants

Restaurants and brands displayed in the app are:

  • Not official partners unless explicitly stated
  • Not responsible for user-generated offers
  • Not guaranteeing any content created by users

You acknowledge that viewing a restaurant in Eidoro does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

8. Trademark Disclaimer

All restaurant names, trademarks, logos, and related brand materials displayed within Eidoro are the property of their respective owners.
Eidoro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant or brand unless explicitly stated.

This disclaimer applies to all features and content within the app.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We are not liable for interruptions, changes, or the removal of features.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of user-generated content
  • That offers will be accepted or redeemable
  • Continuous operation of the app
  • Error-free performance

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eidoro is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by fake, misleading, or inaccurate user-generated offers
  • Any disputes between users and restaurants
  • Content posted by users
  • Business losses or damages
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eidoro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
